Project, General Management and Executive, for the overall restoration of a large structure in the historic center of Venice, of 33 real estate units. Structural, architectural and plant restoration of internal and external spaces from preliminary to executive level, with protection of the building from high waters. The recovery aims to restore the typological features of the building with facing facings, tight iron windows and reconstruction of the original roof terraces. Interior design for the purpose of using the accommodation facility.
